Tell us how and when you are arriving. We build your journey, take payment from your wallet, and send the drivers, captains and resorts their jobs. You get a pass that works offline. A real person reviews every booking.

No app store needed. Use the website, or install it on your phone like an app: on iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android tap Install. Your passes, trip history and wallet stay in one place.

Once you book, there are no refunds, also if you miss the boat. To change a date, contact us and we move you to another departure when there is space. If a boat trip is cancelled for weather or safety, we move you to the next departure with free seats.

Open Fastboat Mentawai or Charter boats. For Volador you pick your seats, add a passport photo for each traveller and pay from your wallet; your QR tickets are in Account → Bookings. For Nyanyi Hujan you describe the trip, see the estimate and send a request; the captain sends the final price to your account and you pay only if you accept.

Bayarbang runs on Bang Points: 1 point = IDR 1,000. You get 35 when you open your account, then 150 for every full IDR 3,500,000 you spend on anything Bayarbang, by card or with points. 1 point = IDR 1,000. Paying in another currency, we convert at 10% below the market rate; paying by card adds 2.5%. You see exactly how many points you get before you pay.

Yes. Points you earn last 400 days and points you buy last 600 days. When you pay, the points that expire first are used first. Your account shows what expires when.

No. Bang Points stay in your account and pay for services, subscriptions and items inside Bayarbang only. An account holds up to 10,000 points. The full Bayarbang wallet, with an IDR balance, payments and cash out, arrives in Q2 2027.

Book a mooring at Loka Bay Yacht Club on Awera Island: IDR 450,000 a night, 3,000,000 a week or 7,000,000 a month, paid with Bang Points. You can open an account without a passport, but you need one for almost everything else, like boarding Volador. The first passport photo you upload becomes part of your account's identity check (KYC) and stays with your account, private to you and the people who need to check it, such as the boat crew.
